Ranjit “Ranj” Singh makes music with a distinct Indian-Western flair that he calls “Indo-Canadian Folk”. He has been writing and performing since the 80's, and has shared the stage with artists such as Jan Arden, 54-40, Colin James, Honeymoon Suite, and Matthew Good. With 3 albums under his belt now, Ranj has been performing over 200 shows a year as a solo artist. With his very unique voice, accompanied by his 2 alternate-tuned 12-string guitars, his genre of music is melodic and soothing, a combination of subtle Indian melodies with Western Folk and classic covers.
