Growing up in small-town Alberta Brad started his music journey in the late 70s plunking on his mom's piano and then as a trumpet player in his grade six school band.
Brad fell in love with rock music in his early teens and by the time he was in grade 9 he had purchased a bass and had his first 3-piece band. By grade 11 the band was doing opening slots for Canadian recording acts such as Harlequin, Trooper and Zappa Costa.
After graduating high school in 1982 the band went straight into the Calgary club circuit as well as recording their first album.
After touring for a few years they made the decision to move to Vancouver in 1985 where they found themselves touring Western Canada and the BC lower mainland constantly.
After the demise of the band due to a vocal injury, Brad took time off and later joined what became a top Vancouver club act called Metropolis as frontman & rhythm guitarist. Metropolis performed from 1988-2000.
in 2001 Brad became one of the founding cast at The Giggle Dam Theatre. He was onstage there until 2019 and in that time was a featured musical performer as a Rod Stewart Tribute artist as well as guitarist/vocalist as part of The Giggle Dam Band.
After leaving the theatre Brad recommitted himself to playing solo acoustic shows, doing studio work and writing original music which resulted in the release of a new single in 2021.
New endeavours are always on the horizon, most recently being the rhythm guitarist/background vocalist in the John Fogerty Tribute ‘CENTERFIELD’ and the Bog Seger Tribute ‘NIGHT MOVES’ featuring Vancouver talent, Dan Hare.
